Privacy Policy (in English)


Respecting the privacy and security of individuals is an important driver for Pool Service (hereafter "PS"). This privacy statement intends to inform about how PS collects, uses and shares personal information for pool participants entering the national CBL pool of Stichting VersFust (hereafter "SVF") or when interacting with us.

This privacy policy applies both to the information we collect from participants or their devices when using our products or services. When you access or use our services, you acknowledge that you have read this statement and understand its content.

As there may be changes in the line of business of PS, this privacy statement might be updated at any time to reflect the changes of business. If there are any material changes, PS will notify pool participants by e-mail, product notification or otherwise if required by national applicable law.

This statement applies to everyone who is using our products and services. For pool participants that are based in the European Economic Area (hereafter "EEA"), additional rights apply under the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (hereafter "GDPR"), which are explained in this privacy statement.

PS collection and use of personal information

When you sign up for one of our services, we might ask you to provide personal information. If personal information is required, it is used exclusively for performing the service. In this statement, the term "personal information" refers to data that could be used individually or in combination with other data in order to identify you as a person.

PS requests personal information from pool participants for various goals. For example, we might ask for personal data when you request a product or service, create a customer account, fill out a form, or while communicating with us.

The types of personal information you may provide could include:

  • Payment information:              Billing address and bank account information
  • Account login credentials        User account ID


PS does not collect or use any personal information for other reasons than the purposes described in this privacy statement, unless we have obtained your explicit consent in advance or if it is required by applicable law.


When you send an e-mail or use other media to get in contact with us, we may keep those messages for reference purposes. Sometimes we might request personal details that are relevant to the situation in question. This makes it possible for us to adequately process your questions and answer your requests.


Our website uses 'cookies' (text files placed on your computer) to help PS analyse the usage of our website and make it function properly. We use this information to keep track of the use of our website or to compile activity reports.

Personal information is shared with third parties exclusively when PS uses applications to deliver our products and services. As an individual based in the EEA, you have the right to obtain, receive, change, transfer, object and/or delete any personal information you may have provided to PS, as described in the GDPR.
